How we handle the information you share while planning and booking a flight. Effective January 1, 2026.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when submitting a travel request or contacting us. This includes:

  • Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Travel request details: destinations, travel dates, passenger counts, cabin preferences, and any special requirements you describe.
  • Booking correspondence: emails, messages, and communications exchanged during the quoting and booking process.
  • Payment information: information you provide when authorising a card transaction (see Payment Data section).

We do not collect information from third-party data brokers or social media platforms.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide our travel advisory services:

  • Processing travel requests: reviewing your inquiry, searching available itineraries, and preparing options.
  • Preparing and delivering quotes: creating itemized written quotes that show airfare, taxes, fees, and our agency fee separately.
  • Completing bookings: after you provide written authorization, transmitting your information to accredited ticketing partners to issue tickets.
  • Communications: responding to your questions, providing booking confirmations, and following up on your request.
  • Legal and compliance obligations: maintaining required business records and complying with applicable law.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing to third parties, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share your information only as necessary to provide services or as required by law:

  • Accredited ticketing partners: to complete bookings, we transmit passenger information (name, date of birth, contact details) to our accredited GDS and ticketing partners who issue airline tickets on our behalf.
  • Payment handling: we use PCI-compliant payment processes to handle authorised card transactions.
  • Website delivery: our site loads fonts from Google. When your browser requests them, Google may receive technical information, such as your IP address, needed to deliver the fonts.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

Travel details are shared with accredited ticketing partners and the airline systems involved when needed to complete your booking. We do not use personal information with advertising networks.

Payment Data

TravelFirst maintains PCI-compliant payment-handling processes. Payment is processed only after you approve a written authorization that shows the amount and billing details.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services and meet our legal obligations:

  • Booking records and correspondence: 24 months from the date of the travel request or booking, whichever is later.
  • Payment records: retained as necessary for our records and applicable obligations.
  • Unfulfilled inquiries: if you submitted a request but no booking was made, we retain your inquiry for up to 12 months.

You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Your Rights below).

TravelFirst is not configured to use cookies or similar browser storage for advertising, analytics, or behavioural tracking. Read our Cookie Policy for details.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents may request to know what personal information is collected about them, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. TravelFirst does not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@travelfirst.us. We will respond within 30 days.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, TravelFirst will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable state law.

You have the right to:
