TravelFirst handles flight research and booking coordination only. We do not book hotels, cruises, car rentals, or travel insurance.
The airfare component covers your base fare, government taxes, and airport fees. Depending on your itinerary, airfare is charged either directly by the airline or by our accredited ticketing partner.
The charging party is disclosed in your written quote before you authorize payment.
TravelFirst charges a separate agency fee for flight research, quote preparation, booking coordination, and advisor support. This fee appears on your statement as: TRAVELFIRST.
It is never embedded in the airfare — always shown as a separate line item.
Authorization Rule
No payment is processed until both components — airfare and agency fee — are disclosed in writing and you provide written authorization. After authorization, amounts cannot increase.
Before any payment is processed, we disclose all of the following in writing:
DOT 24-Hour Rule
For eligible bookings made at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation for a full refund of the airfare and the agency fee, with no penalty.
After ticket issuance, the agency fee is non-refundable. Airfare refunds follow the airline's fare rules. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
TravelFirst LLC is an independent travel agency registered in New Jersey. We are not an airline, airline representative, or ticket issuer.
TravelFirst LLC participates in the ARC Verified Travel Consultant (VTC) program. ARC VTC status is an identity-verification credential and does not grant ticketing authority.
Airline tickets are issued through accredited ticketing partners using airline reservation systems. TravelFirst LLC does not issue tickets directly.
