TravelFirst LLC is not an airline, air carrier, airline representative, or ticket issuer. TravelFirst does not operate aircraft, hold an air carrier certificate, or issue airline tickets directly. TravelFirst is an independent travel advisory and booking facilitation service.
Your contract of carriage — the agreement that governs your rights and obligations as a passenger, including conditions of carriage, liability limits, cancellation and refund entitlements, and baggage rules — is between you and the operating carrier (the airline that operates your flight). TravelFirst is not a party to your contract of carriage and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any air carrier.
TravelFirst's service agreement covers the advisory, research, and booking coordination services TravelFirst provides — not the air carriage itself. Questions about your air travel rights, flight operations, schedule changes, and in-flight services should be directed to the operating carrier.
This website contains no live fares or real-time airline data.
No Live Fare Search or Real-Time Inventory
The TravelFirst website does not contain live fare search functionality, real-time airline inventory, or real-time pricing data. Any fare information or price references appearing on this website are illustrative examples only and do not represent current or guaranteed fares.
Quotes are prepared manually by TravelFirst advisors based on research conducted at a specific point in time. Quotes are not live, not guaranteed, and not reservations. See Fare Disclosure for complete details.
Airline fares are subject to continuous change by carriers. Any fare referenced on this website or in any general TravelFirst communication should not be relied upon as a current or available price. The only reliable price is the fare stated in a written quote prepared specifically for your travel request at the time of preparation, which is subject to the validity period stated in that quote.
ARC VTC Required Language
"TravelFirst LLC participates in the ARC Verified Travel Consultant (VTC) program. ARC Verified Travel Consultant status is an identity-verification credential and does not grant ticketing authority."
ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) operates the ARC Verified Travel Consultant program as an identity-verification credential for independent travel professionals. TravelFirst LLC's participation in the VTC program confirms that TravelFirst has undergone ARC's identity verification process. VTC participation does not confer ARC accreditation, ARC authorization, or the ability to issue airline tickets directly through ARC settlement systems.
TravelFirst LLC is not an ARC-accredited agency, ARC-authorized agency, or ARC ticketing agency. Tickets are issued through accredited ticketing partners as further described in Compliance & Accreditation.
Seller of Travel Statement — Required Language
"TravelFirst LLC will obtain and maintain any Seller of Travel registrations required by applicable law before conducting transactions requiring such registration."
Certain US states require businesses that sell travel services to consumers to register as a "Seller of Travel." TravelFirst LLC monitors applicable registration requirements and will obtain and maintain required Seller of Travel registrations as and when legally required for jurisdictions in which it conducts business. Registration information will be disclosed to clients in applicable jurisdictions as required by law.
TravelFirst's liability is limited to the amounts paid to TravelFirst LLC.
TravelFirst Liability Limitation
TravelFirst LLC's total liability to any client is limited to the amounts paid by that client directly to TravelFirst LLC (the TravelFirst agency fee). TravelFirst is not liable for airfare, taxes, or fees charged by airlines or ticketing partners, airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, force majeure events, or carrier decisions made after ticket issuance.

Your rights against the operating carrier — including rights arising from flight cancellations, significant schedule changes, denied boarding, or baggage issues — are governed by the carrier's conditions of carriage, the Montreal Convention, applicable domestic law (including US DOT regulations for US-regulated carriers), and the terms of your ticket. TravelFirst will assist you in understanding and exercising these rights, but TravelFirst is not itself liable for carrier failures.
